HAMMERING DEPARTMENT

 

In the Hummering Department, we process foucets, water pipes, valves, hose, and etc. These items need to be disassembled by hands and Hammers because those items are containing a lot of dust and small attachments. Sometimes, it's required to plane items with a tools to qualify its matelial. Thus, quality control is not easy and also important. 

All parts are sorted by each material, such as Iron, Zinc, Copper, Brass, Die Cast Aluminum, Stainless, plastic, and etc., and eventually it also recycled as secondary material.
